Ecotechne with ARB Awning & Tepui Ayer Tent - Joshua Tree I can say, that the Ecotechne rack holds an ARB Awning and Tepui Ayer tent just fine, and sturdy as heck. Driving up to Joshua Tree I was doing 80mph and the tent/awning didn't budge. We did some mild off-roading as well, no problems...

I have my ARB installed. Super easy! Since the rack has multiple mounting holes, already pre-drilled. Just buy some brackets from Rhino Rack, and your good to go.

Thanks, dude! I got mine installed last night, thankfully all my hardware was included, and the rack was undamaged. I have to fix one part of the install, as it did include M8 x 1.25 Allen Keyed Hardware for the mounts, to the roof. :bravo:

Get yourself 58" Bars and you'll be solid. Leaves a little extra room to mount things like a ARB Awning too. Cheers-

I would recommend using Thule or Yakima cross-bars, that attach to the factory side rails. I would avoid using the factory cross-bars as they are not load rated for a RTT during travel. You can pick up a cross-bar setup second hand on CL for pretty cheap. Just my .02 cents.
