Update:

.6th batch is here for the west coast and it's scheduled to be picked up on Thursday. It takes about two days to get to your locations.

.7th batch should be ready to go by mid next week.

.8th batch, waiting on some last minute people, as soon as they pay we'll submit the payment and that should be rolling out in about two weeks hopefully.

Any update on West Coast 6th batch? I haven't received a tracking # - not sure if I should be expecting one yet.

Received the rack today, can someone tell me how many bolts/ nuts it was supposed to come with.. there were bolts and nuts falling out of the package left and right when the FedEx guy was carrying it to my doorstep. Thanks

Post #316 shows how the bolts should have arrived.

It appears:

Front Fairing = 6 Hex Bolts + Washers + Nuts
Side Brackets = 8 Allen Bolts + Washers + Nuts
Rear Fairing = 2 Hex Bolts + Washers + Nuts
L Brackets (4) to roof = Re-use factory bolts/washers

At least that's what I noted. My rack got delivered today, I'll look closer when I get home from the office.

I did find some spots where the powder coating chipped off. Also, they need to use an actual CNC or water jet machine. The cutouts for their branding are a rough

I would love any info on this as well. I am interested in how Roark installed his hard RTT (Denver Outfitters) with so little clearance. Any info would be really useful. Thanks.

he responded to an email i sent. the cross bars are flipped over to give more clearance and your rtt mounted to them. he suggests purchasing an additional cross bar to give it more stability.

Thanks, dude! I got mine installed last night, thankfully all my hardware was included, and the rack was undamaged. I have to fix one part of the install, as it did include M8 x 1.25 Allen Keyed Hardware for the mounts, to the roof. :bravo:

Has anyone installed a gobi ladder with these? I remember rorck telling me you need to trim the rack a little for the hatch to open completely. The ecotechne ladder looks great but a little too bulky for my taste

I have the Gobi ladder with this rack, just use some washers on back plate to gain enough clearance for ladder. Only need about 1/2 inch.

Same. I want to get one. Don't see why it would be a problem though. Worst case have to drill a hole or two like with my CVT
