Removed ECU, popped it open, nothing looked obviously broken. Caps are good.
I put it back in and now it starts.
Guess I'm looking at a bad pin or wire.
Removed the 7th inj ECU. Same story.
Let me back up because I sorta lied. I am not the one that installed the kit, I came in to finish another's work. I put the ECU in, that's about the extent of what I've done. Is there something that could be stupid that I'm missing?
I'm matching manual to manual trans version, the colors and pins matched, nothing out of the ordinary. I'll check the federal vs cali thing. I gotta head out but I'll take another look.

Yeah that's the part that sucks. I'm not new to installing this kind of stuff, but I am new to the 4Runner. I may end up removing it and seeing if it works. If not I really hope the ECU didn't get fried.

I installed a URD supercharger kit with 7th injector piggyback ECU for a v6 '97.
The ECU is not giving a ground for the fuel pump relay. I've checked all fuses and made sure that there was continuity between the relay and ECU. The ECU is getting power as well. The relay is getting before...
