Adding a Volume Knob to Aftermarket Radio/Head Unit

I recently purchased a Sony AX-6000 to replace the factory radio/head unit. The one thing I liked about the original radio/head unit was the analog volume knob. Does anyone know of a aftermarket accessory that will allow me to install a rotary volume knob? Anyone have any experience doing it...

Clanging Noise Coming Front of Vehicle

I'm submitting this post in hopes of helping someone else. For the past several months I have had a clanging sound coming from the front of my 4Runner every time I hit a hard bump. I looked at everything under the hood and couldn't find the source of this rattle....until now. The source of...

Cement Grey Daily Driven TRD Pro (mild) Build

I like what you've done to your truck. I'm in the process of doing almost the identical mods to my 4R. My C4 bumper is due next month. After I get it installed, I want to install the 2" TRD Pro lift from Toytech like you have done to your front. I estimate the added weight (C4 bumper 75lbs...

    Fog Light Dimmer Exerience?

Has anyone had any experience using either one of these dimmers on their aftermarket fog lights? Seems like a good idea to help make off road lights street legal. Just not sure if it's practical. Skene Design Motorcycle Visibility Lights...

17 TRD Pro build thread (Instagram: @trdpro_cement)

When you installed the 2" lift and new shocks, did it change the characteristics of your ride? For example did your 4Runner ride stiffer, softer, same? I ask because I am considering doing what you did. When I was much younger I installed a 2" suspension lift to my Jeep Wrangler. It made the...

Advice Needed - Rigid Industries Fog Light Install

I installed the BD squadron, fog light pattern. It's easy. Take your time. The directions that come with the adapter kit are not that clear. But, you should be able to figure it out. The driving light pattern will probably be too bright for city driving. I have had success with the fog pattern...

    Baja squadron amber pro's.....any advice

Interesting. I didn't know that feature existed. Not worth $750 for me. But, still a nice toy none the less.

    Baja squadron amber pro's.....any advice

I would be interested in knowing how you dim your Squadrons. Given, my knowledge of electrical things is limited. However, I thought LEDs could not be dimmed. They would flicker if you reduced the voltage. Is that not the case with Squadrons?

    Baja squadron amber pro's.....any advice

I agree with this assessment. The Pros are way to bright for street. I tried it with the amber lens as fog lights. You can tell you're shining into people's eyes. I returned them and got the Sport version. I aimed them lower, toward the ground. The still light up the road, but without...

Good, Cheap LED Headlights/Fogs that fit 2016 T4R

I bought a pair of baja designs squadrons for my fog lights along with there adapter kit. It's pricey compared to just replacing the bulb in the stock fog lights. But, man the output is unreal. Everything in front of you is lit up. For me, it was worth the price when compared to stock fogs...

2018 Calvary Blue TRD Pro going for MSRP...Does That Sound Right??

I bought a cement TRD last year. I checked several dealers and brokers. No one could get it under MSRP. The limited colors are just that...limited. The dealers know that and charge accordingly.
