    ....front tires feathering/scalloped??

Hey guys, about 9 months ago I installed new suspension on my 06; 5100's, new springs, etc... I also mounted LT 255/75R17 BFG Mud Terrains on the vehicle. It's been about 8000 miles and the front is loud as hell..big time scalloping with the 2 front tires....what gives? Could it be the shop...

4th gen T4R need LIFT KIT

I would consider the completely assembled toytec kit with adjustable 5100's. it's a solid 3" plus of lift up front....about $850 or so; bolt on in a few hours. Lots of 255-75-17 BFG MT on craigslist as they are take off on the newer rubicons. I have this combo and am PLEASED with the ride and look!

    Purchasing used BFG M/T question

255, 75-17 BF Goodrich Mud Terrain TA KD, Off a New Jeep....." What do y'all think, will they work? I have a solid 3" of lift front and 2" in the back. I don't mind the noise factor and the price may be right; only 2k miles on them. Will they mount to stock 17" sport wheels? 255/75-17...

    FS: 1/2" Bodylifts For 03-09

Hi everybody......just curious, how long on average does it take to do the half inch lift? I've heard the bigger BL's can take 5-7 hours...this one should be quicker, yeah? Thanks!

how to remove center cap on wheel?

Remove the center cap from the wheel when the wheel is off the vehicle (pry it out). Likewise, install it on the spare before you mount it back on the vehicle. Center the cap and then lightly pound it in with palm of your hand.

I thought I would do the patriotic thing today...

The Rola noise is negligible, its a bit more noisy without the air deflector..... but overall a great rack for camping supplies. I'm in the process of retrofitting my rockymount bike rack up there. That may increase noise factor..?

I would imagine if it sustained a 4" lift I would have issues with alignment. Toytec advertised this as a 3" lift so I'm hoping it settles...I have 5 miles on the lift thus far.

I thought I would do the patriotic thing today...

Aint nothing more patriotic than lifting your 4Runner on the 4th of July! It took me and my 17 year old 7 hours to do the whole enchilada. We removed Xreas, piece of cake, and installed the Toytec pre-assembled 5100 kit with Toytec springs on all fours. It sits 4"+ higher up front and 3" higher...

    What kind of bike rack?

Looks good to me and they are locked up indoors with no chance of falling off the rack!

Installing lift this weekend...removing xreas question.

I finally bit the bullet and purchased a complete lift from Toytec with our discount. It's the pre-assembled 5100's to toytec coils in the front, with Billsteins and coils in the rear. I've been having nightmares about having my 4runnner on 4 jack stands to "properly" remove the old shocks (not...
