Ah, OK, I'll try a different USB stick and see if that will initialize faster and start playing right away.

I have USB drive that I have plugged into the port in the glove box. To get to that device I have to hit the AUX button twice - the first time it goes to BT Audio which I do not have set up, and then to the USB and everything works great. Here's the problem though. I'll be listening to songs...
