If you pull the oil pan, use FIPG or RTV to reseal it, no gasket. Many have used the grey RTV that you mentioned, I used Permatex black RTV. Make sure each surface is clean before applying.

The 22re clutch is 8-7/8”, the turbo is 9-1/4”. You can use a turbo 9-1/4” flywheel and clutch together with the w56 trans.
