I've got a 2017 4Runner SR5, pairing an iPhone, with the same problem described in this thread — Bluetooth audio for music and podcasts sounds like it's playing at double speed while also skipping/chopping, and it doesn't resync back to normal — it just keeps going like that until I restart...
