Sounds like you are a H9 bulb candidate. It is a super easy conversion and it made the lights so much better. Order bulbs from headlightbulbs.com to see the different tints. I think super white has some blue in it.

I hear VW is coming out with one that is behind the rear emblem. The emblem flips up when in reverse and goes back down when in drive/park. That way the camera is protected when you're not in reverse...interesting idea.

Got the skid plate in today...here are a few pics!!!

I just ordered this for my 2012 trail non-kdss and will report back on fitment. Part guy at Toyota said it should work as the factory "skid plate" is the same for 2010+. I get it next week, will report back, hopefully with pics of a success :dance: I paid $275 and I'm in AK.

I haven't fully given up. 5100s are back ordered like crazy now. It has been 2 months since my c clip broke. They did send me new clips that I had installed. Put them on the top setting as the breakdown damaged the shock from setting 3 and below. So far no issues, haven't jumped her but taken...

So I have to give Bilstein some credit regarding their warranty department. I have been speaking with Lisa and she has a great attitude. She is currently trying to hunt down a full replacement for me. I also asked for a couple replacement C clips and she overnighted them to me. I'm headed to...

I just had this same problem. This was my second adjustment done by a shop both times. Same place. What was the result of your experience Joey? What did Bilstein say? Very frustrating...

Because my wife squished the front of the FJ we had before this when trying to park in a parking lot. That's looking forward...looking backwards, not sure the back up camera is enough...aftermarket with OEM sensor button is a sweet idea!
