I am new to this site and I just got a 1997 4Runner, and it has 208K miles on it and it just randomly lost power steering and power. Come to find out the Harmonic balancer pulley was lose and about to fall out. The guy I got it from just did the timing belt and I don’t think he put the bolt back...
