New Cup Holder Inserts? Stock Ones Are Too Grippy

I feel ridiculous for posting this complaint, but the cup holder inserts are so grippy that they always get pulled out by anything that's even remotely a tight fit. It's one of life's annoyances that doesn't need to exist. Has anyone modded theirs in a way to make them less grippy? Or does...

    265 Spare with 285 tires?

currently, I run 285 tires. If one of them blows out, is it safe to run the truck with one 265 tire for a short time? I understand that in 2wd mode a 265 tire up front would be fine, but what about the rear?

    Cargo Power Outlet Usage Question

What do you guys use that rear cargo outlet for? I know the power is a bit on the low side. I was hoping to run some kind of vacuum cleaner from it but I don't think it will have enough power. Is there a vacuum cleaner that would work? Maybe even some type of small shop vac?

Longer Wheel Stud Safe for .5" Spacer?

I just realized that what I want would eliminate the stability of the bore that sits inside the wheel, and I definitely don't want that. Disregard this post!

Best way to install lift for cars with KDSS

Just my two cents: It depends on the type of lift. I installed some 2.5" spacers in the front and 1.5" spacers in the rear. I was able to get away with just disconnecting the spindle arm (whatever it's called) at the front and prying down the lower control arm (on the passenger size) on the...

10a fuse burns out with HID's. Question...

Both left and right fuses burnt out while starting my vehicle this morning. I know there is a large surge of electricity required to ignight the HID lights. Perhaps the act of using the starter with this causes the fuses to blow? I'm going to experiment by only turning the lights on when the...

10a fuse burns out with HID's. Question...

Recently I insalled xenon depot's xtreme HID kit for the 4runner. (low beam) I didn't hook them up to the battery. my 10a fuse keeps burning out and one or BOTH lights stop working. If I use the supplied wiring to connect the lights to the battery, I feel as though this might circumvent the...

Did you install your HID's with the relay?

My Xenon Depot kit came with two relays that according to some videos aren't installed. Some others say it's good to use them. What did you guys do with them? Install or no install?
