Update - car was at 3/4 tank. So I put 5 gallons of Rec 90 in thinking maybe the pure gas would help if there was too much alcohol in the fuel in the tank. Car runs WAY better. Not 100% but i'm 99% sure it's the fuel. I have a 'slight' hesitation still from stop but not as bad as it was...

So, should I replace the seized cam bolt/sheered of cam tab?

They showed me the lower arm cam/camber bolt frame has no edges and he said the bolt was sized (the front bolt). Replace? Or replace the entire lower CA?

Replaced the front pads/rotors and drivers caliper within the last 12 months. Drivers side was frozen. Wondering if part of the passenger side was frozen now and thats why my wheels locked. Read that could be a cause of ABS not activating. The thud I heard did come from the passenger side...
