2 Years Later 2 Years later and I finally had the evap core replaced along with a few other items to the tune of 1K. I used the A/C Leak Seal instead of the Freon with Sealant stuff and it prolonged it for another 1.5 years. It's the stuff they sell at Walmart, small container about $20.

Evap You really have to question the placement of the evap behind the dash as I'd imagine AC is a common repair, why not figure out a more easily accessible area to stow it?
