Yes! 90 to 100... but 7 to 10 years due to the potential that the rubber has decayed over time....I am at 11 years and only 55k miles on the present belt. I'd love to wait, but you just don't know...

My dealer states $2800-$3500 depending on what components are replaced. I checked with a local shop that I found online that has great reviews, accredited technicians, etc. and they quote $1750 with belt, tensioner, water pump, all pulleys, coolant and thermostat....the whole timing belt...

Ah! That's the thing...you feel better/more secure that all is done...but it didn't have to be done....There needs to be a view window so as to be able to see the belt and monitor condition!

I have an 03 SE V8 with the JBL system. Subwoofer is working but distorting. I just want to replace the speaker and would like to avoid the cost of the replacement part as it's $538! Has anyone found a speaker that can be used as a good/accurate/same performance replacement? Thank you!

I apologize for the long delay in responding! Had to replace the actuator which requires removal of the transfer case. Dealer did the job and did a great job! I'll need to look back at the cost, but it was spendy.
