Is it possible to use a rear turn signal led without a resistor on a 2011? I saw it earlier in this forum and wanted to confirm.

Forgive me if this is a dumb question. I just installed the 2014 tail lights and the bottom of the light, the part under the reverse light, does not light up. It doesnt on either side so I'm assuming this is normal. Is it just a reflector or something? Thanks!

Sorry yeah I meant resistor. So it doesn't matter that my stock wires are plugged into the new plug that goes into the new tail lamps. Just add the resistor to the stock wires and I'll be good?

Adding a resistor seems pretty easy. My one question is this... Since I went from the 2011 tail light to the newer version i have the extra harness to make my stock tail light harness fit with my upgraded tail lights. If I splice the stock harness it should be fine to slow the turn signal...

I didn't change the stock speakers. I spoke with crutchfield today. They said that putting a sub in with a stock amp isn't going to give you much power. I was told to replace the stock amp with an amp that could carry all the speakers and a new sub or add an amp just to power the sub. I'm...

Did you change the amp? And thats the prob. Everyone is like use the 4th gen, but I'm a noob and I know someone in a 5th gen has done it haha just a matter of finding someone to show me.
