Forgive me if this is a dumb question. I just installed the 2014 tail lights and the bottom of the light, the part under the reverse light, does not light up. It doesnt on either side so I'm assuming this is normal. Is it just a reflector or something?

Sorry yeah I meant resistor. So it doesn't matter that my stock wires are plugged into the new plug that goes into the new tail lamps. Just add the resistor to the stock wires and I'll be good?

Since I went from the 2011 tail light to the newer version i have the extra harness to make my stock tail light harness fit with my upgraded tail lights. If I splice the stock harness it should be fine to slow the turn signal...
