Thanks for all the replies! I just like the look of, DRLs, they make the car look newer. (Since DRLs are a newer thing to be on cars in the US.) I was looking to do stock DRLs and not LEDs.

I was wondering if there is a way to have DRLs on my '99 4Runner? It doesn't have automatic lights, or anything like that, but I know with BMWs having the DRLs turned on is something that only dealers can do. I was wondering if it's the same with Toyotas? Thanks!
