Any idea how to change the "Cutomizable Features " (door lock, power winodws, etc.) listed in the owner manual chapter 6.2 (2011)? Do you need spacial tools?

Owners manual states (page 501 on 2011): "Oil consumption: Max 1.1 qt./600 miles" That calculates that in about 3,600 miles there will be no more engine oil left. Do I read it right?

Per the dealer I have 8-9 mm left at 15k. Does anyone know how many mm a brand new pad has?

I had vibration of the steering wheel; it went away when dealer did tire rotation and came back on the next rotation. This pointed to specific pair of tires. They tried to balance and it required weight above normal. Dealer called Toyota and got OK to replace the 2 tires (Dunlop) and after...

Sorry; I meant say "change the tires" not wheels. When they rotated tires the problem went away, so the problem was only with 2 wheels/tires. When they try to balance the bad tires, it required a lot of weights ("above normal" according to the mechanic), so they put 2 new tires.

Had same problem; re-balancing did not fix it. Toyota changed both front wheels and this solved it.

Agreed; it's takes some work especially to attache the straps under the driver & passenger seats.

What make/model of the winch shown in the picture?

I use it fine by pressing the 1 phone, not the car system; did you try to transfer it to the NAV and test it from the car system?

Looks like you have a high lift attached to the roof rack. How did you attach it?

Good education! Are you saying that even when the torque wrench clicks at 83 ft-lb, there could be higher torque at the bolt at the same time?
