Got it out without any issues. Prying was my only issue since I was not sure if you just pryed or what. Like a 15 minute job if you don't know what you are doing and 10 minutes if I have to do it again. Again much thanks

I have an 2003 4 Runner and noticed the hatch outside rear widow seal is shot completely. I have a new seal now and can't figure out how to get out the old seal. Can't decide if I need to remove anything or it will just "pop" out with a little effort. The new seal is pretty basic... no clips...
