Rear Hatch Outside Window Glass Seal 4th Generation (03) 4 Runner

I have an 2003 4 Runner and noticed the hatch outside rear widow seal is shot completely. I have a new seal now and can't figure out how to get out the old seal. Can't decide if I need to remove anything or it will just "pop" out with a little effort. The new seal is pretty basic... no clips or anything with it just the plain ole seal. Anyone able to assist or photos, or online video or should I just take it to a glass or body shop. Looks "simple"enough but sometimes that's more of an issue.

Its really as simple as it looks. Lower your rear window all the way down and then pry the old seal off. Make sure you use something to pry that will not damage your car. Then simply install the new strip ensuring it snaps into to place.

Got it out without any issues. Prying was my only issue since I was not sure if you just pryed or what. Like a 15 minute job if you don't know what you are doing and 10 minutes if I have to do it again. Again much thanks
