Re: alarm I would find out where that brand is sold (mfr website) and go/call there. Tell them the model of alarm and that you need a new remote. They might help or at least point you in the right direction. Thinking about it some more, you may have a big headache on your hands if you...

Never had this problem but removing the brain is definitely going to stop it. Something you might want to do, or could have done is checked out the make/model of the alarm and seen if you could find a replacement remote for it... if it all works ok you could have had something to protect that...

Had the same thing happening to mine but turned out to be tire pressure.... max pressure for my tires is 44, was running around 32 and wobbled, brought it up to 37-38 and no more wobble. Good Luck
