My B-day yesterday... check out what I got!!

So I turned the big 30 on the 7th and my fiance went over the top for me. She surprised me in the morning with a 50" Sony Grand Wega LCD - Rear Pro TV. I couldn't believe it!! :awais:

Just a side note, the lamps on those LCD and DLP tv's can burn out pretty quick. If you guys ever need replacement LCD or DLP lamps, I can get them for $100 bucks a piece. Just let me know. They're worth about $200 bucks if bought from the manufacturer.

how much for the sony SXRD bulb?? I just bought the 50 inch sxrd. It's not a question of, if you'll need it, it's a question of when!! At that price I'll keep one in the cabinet for when I need it.

Sweet!!!

We just upgraded to a 32" Sony widescreen HD and upgraded our DirectTV with an HD reciever and now it's hard to watch standard TV at all. Football games are incredible on HD and can't wait til the Super Bowl.

so far i only have sony or samsung....i'll ask about hitachi. it's always good to keep a spare one around.....all my friends who bought sony's or samsungs have gotten spares lamps from me.
