Happy to report that the shake is gone. Installed new upper control arms, longer wheels studs, and put the spacers back on. My son says it's like butter now. :)

Searching around for some info and ran across this old thread. I have a steering wheel shake also. I took it in for an alignment hoping that was it and they told me the spacers didn't have enough thread grab and was causing the shake. Just read your PSA about KSP spacers. Went back to look...

Got the new ADD in today so finished that up. Now I have 4WD again.

In the process of replacing the ADD on my 2011 SR5 so I took this time to change the transfer case fluid and both diffs.

Just did this on my son's 2011. FYI, I had to use a red connector instead of blue. The slots in the connector on the blue were too big and they didn't puncture the wire. The red worked perfectly.

It's an old thread, but any chance you still have the spacers for sale?
