Well, yeah, that's kinda the obvious answer. My comment was more about the immediate option of repairing the leak in the event the seal wasn't available.....figured OP might be in a situation of needing his vehicle since I saw that RTV was being used.

I would advise against RTV and instead spend the $4 for a sheet of gasket material and cut your own.

I use it more often than I care to admit............. which is every fricken time my GPS cord gets caught between the fold out armrest tray and the DAC button. Otherwise not used.

Guessing plastic pulley contacting the rubber belt is what's making the noise. I know mine sounds horrible for at least the first 30min of driving. Loss of coolant might be related to the radiator seams failing . Consider inspecting the radiator for signs of leakage.
