Help! 97 SR5 V6 manual transmission 4runner . . . clutch pedal will not return completely but clutch operates w/out any problem. I would have to pull it up manually with my feet . . . oh and my key often gets stuck in the ignition when i turn the engine off. I would have to turn the key on...
