I did pull the fuse and disconnect the battery but that only lasted about 5 minutes before it wasn't working again.

I have a 2001 4Runner with a stock radio. Recently the preset buttons stopped working. The knob works to change the stations but once a station is on, it changes stations by itself and it's not on scan or anything it just won't stay on a single station. Any suggestions or is the radio shot...
