I had mine vinyl wrapped when I have the hood scoop wrapped. Cost bout 20.00 at the window tint place. I have since replaced it with the Pro front bar after it was damaged in a crash.

Looks like those are frayed ends of the splice where the loop was put into the line and not defects in the rope. Don't think you have anything to worry about. Mine looks just about like that. If the frayed ends bother you, you can always use a heat gun or grill lighter to melt them a little.

Modern cars come with donut spares. How would running one of them for a short time be any different than the difference between a 265 and a 275? Just keep the speed under 40mph, like the instructions for the donut says and there should be no problem until you get the repair.

Decided to put vinyl inserts in my stock TRD OR wheels. Easy install just time consuming. Don't know yet how well I like them, but for 39.00 I have a different look, and if I don't like them I'll just peel them off.
