Strange noise Help!

I have a very strange noise going on with my 2017 TRD Off Road. It sounds like it is coming from the front console area or maybe from right in the middle under the dash.

The noise is similar to the chime when a door is ajar, but more high pitched. It is also similar to letting the air out of a balloon while holding the neck. This only happens when driving in a strong crosswind coming from the right at about 90 degrees. Have tried to duplicate it with the wind on the left in the same wind and nothing. If the wind is just a gust it will just sort of squeak or beep. If it is more steady wind, it is a constant screech.

Hoping for some input as it is going to be near impossible for the tech to duplicate it without a windy day.

Have tried to record it with the phone. Can't get the sound to pick up.

I have vent shades that have been on for 15,000 miles without incident, but I guess something could have changed.

Try moving the dust shield that is in the driver's side wheel well. On my '14 the plastic fasteners have loosened a bit and the foam like material has expanded a little, so while driving in windy conditions we would get a high pitched squeak/squeal that sounded like it was coming from the gauge cluster. No one could figure it out at the dealership, but once I moved that around with my hand I put some double-sided foam tape on it to keep it from moving and no more noises. Saved my and my wife's sanity.

Could you post a pic? Thanks.
