Is there a safety "switch" after a collision? Like a fuel shot off, or an other type of electrical shut off? If so, where? Why wont my Runner at least fire over? Its like there is no power to the motor. I was able to jump the battery and roll up the windows and look at my mileage and all that...

First of all thank you all. I really expected a few hate emails, but there were NONE! Ya, the fact is that there was "tread separation" makes it an issue. She said that if it is a retread them im screwed, BUT I dont think it was!!
