they both use the same de-greaser and oil. Get the aerosol oil if you can. Make it easier to get an even coat on the filter without over oiling it.

I do have the 4 wheel drive model :) I dont see why a 2wd couldnt get dirty.

My OBD-II Scan tool and Map-ECU2 Piggyback both get 80% reading at WOT.

You are correct. The Fly-by-Wire system actually keeps your throttle plate at less than 60% until the downshift is complete, and then it will open the plate to the maximum of 80%.

The kit is using a centrifugal type supercharger which creates most of its power mid to top range. Since offroading is done in the lower range, you wouldnt see much of a benefit. The nice thing about being s/ced is when you decide to add that lift and/or larger tires to offroad, you can makeup...

Here is a much needed update. Im currently in NC, and have just finished up installing and tuning the map-ecu 2 on the prototype Tundra. The new headunit creates boost much sooner than the previous kit and actually peaks out at 7.5 psi :) As you guys know, we decided to mount the supercharger...

I only had a nasty odor for about 1 week. I was lucky as it was in the middle of summer in AZ, so everything pretty quickly after my hose down. Your car still runs right?

The water was up to the passenger side window to the center console, . It ended up frying my ecu :( Took a bit of time to clean... I ended up using a hose and wet vac....lol

Glad you were able to make it out with little to no damage. Reminds me of my adventures....

You are right, I apologize... The tundras are the only truck that had the 4 speed with the 4.7 Thanks for pointing that out :)
