I did crosscheck with the other axle, and you're right it is seated properly. Now I have the lit up dashboard lights issue. VSCoff/ABS/VSCTrac are on. I must have damaged the speed sensor wire when pulling the steering-knuckle out of the way. Thanks for the reply.

I sent the pictures to McGeorge customer service email, not sure if they paid any attention to those but they stated axle comes with dust cover . I put everything back together. Hope it works ;)

No, I think all Costco batteries are made by (Johnson Controls) and branded Interstate. 24F AGM is special order per their website. So looks like if I want a AGM 27F battery with RC close to OEM, have to pay ~300 dollars.
