Finally got word that my Gobi rack gets here tomorrow, one day before I leave for this trip. Order confirmation April 25 - shipped here Aug 16. 16 weeks and one day.
Can anyone who got their rack from Gobi comment on how long it took to get your shipment after they billed you for it? I got email saying i have paid them but no info on shipping.
. I suppose there still is hope for me. Pretty unacceptable with this lack of communication though. Do they just ignore all emails and phone calls but just ship it when it's ready. I will be away from home weeks 16-18 and this thing can't sit in my front yard.

I am also going on 13 weeks with Gobi. Have a pretty major trip planned in under 4 weeks and will be pretty pissed if they delay too much. I wouldn't have ordered if they told me 10-18 weeks.
