Oh HELL NO get a lawyer !!! I went through this same exact thing and my insurance company tried to screw me to the wall...I hired a lawyer got my truck (2011 Limited) replaced with a 2015 Limited with 10K left over, please don't let the insurance company try to settle it my insurance company...
