    2010 Poor gas mileage

    Our 2010 4Runner, SR5 has about 25,000 miles and is only getting 13 MPG local driving. Mostly flat terrain. Only gets 16-17 on trip. Dealer says that's normal, but can't be. Anyone else experiencing this?
