I have a 1994 4runner and have recently encountered a problem with the fuel pump/fuel system. I replaced the fuel pump fuel pump relay efi relay checked all fuses and replaced a few just to be safe. The pump only comes on when the relays are bypassed. It's getting spark but it won't run even...
