    Squeaky power steering pump

I know this is an old thread, but just in case someone found it like I did, searching for a squeaky PS pulley. Don't use that belt dressing. That stuff is horrible. It will maybe mask your real problem for a few minutes, but then just makes it louder. stay away

Real time. Rear hatch motor no power

I couldn't wait. This was easy since I left the interior panel off as I am running a camera wire this weekend. It worked!!! Thanks so much! This forum is a great resource!

Real time. Rear hatch motor no power

I had to replace the rear window when the defroster exploded it a couple weeks ago. While putting the window in, the hatch partially engaged the latch. When I tried to open it, the button is dead. Nothing when unlocking the doors. I have to manually reach in with the window all the say down to...

Rear Window Shattered. For NO REASON!

This just happened on my '05 yesterday. We just had snow, rare here in GA, and I was driving with the rear defroster on. It just exploded. Anyone know if Toyota would still cover this?

    Folding seat button broken

The button on the passenger side of mine won't go down. The seat won't lock in the upright position either. It seems like the 'C' locking jaws are not releasing and clamping on the anchor point. Anyone else run into this?

    Timing Belt Change

Thanks for the info. I used My Mechanic for the job. $716. He came to my house, and agreed with me about the Tstat. He used my parts, and said he the kit should have one too. Mine was OEM so he used that. Guy pulled up in a Tundra, and he really knows Toyota. So it was a good deal and he did...

    Timing Belt Change

I am having my 2005 done this Saturday. (200K) They wanted to charge me $145 to replace the thermostat as well. (This was an automated system). I didn't accept that of course. Correct me if I am wrong, but they have to take out the thermostat and housing to get to the timing belt correct? I...

Yep, thanks. That's what I figured. First step will be installing the kit. Then clear the codes and get a gas cap. Whew!

Secondary Air Injection Pump Failure on V8's! Important!

Yes yes, I AM kicking myself! I truly haven't been driving it since I got your kit, maybe twice. I only started it to move it. Well, I got a HF code reader last night. I just pulled the codes, and I sure hope I dodged a bullet. The codes are: Fault 0456 Pending: P0441 Pending: P0455 I did a...

Secondary Air Injection Pump Failure on V8's! Important!

Thanks Jeff. I had asked Hewitt if he sold them via email this morning, (before I saw you sold them), and he replied and said he wasn't. I bought your bypass a few months ago, never installed it, as I wasn't driving it because I needed to get the timing belt replaced proactively. 197k, I...

Are the blocking plates sold separately? I have only seen them with the full kit.
