Getting lift on Wednesday 6112/5160. Probably going to look weird with stock wheels!

Hmmm are there different versions of the 5160? I got them a few months back from TotalAutomotive. Do you have any part numbers to reference? Have to dig back through the thread to see which notch I have to set the front to and which notch I need to set the back to to get around 2" with stock...

Thanks! I ordered the Wheeler's springs. T12's I guess is what they are calling them. Noticed other threads saying they come in silver, but Wheeler's says they are black now. I don't care as long as they perform the same.

So I have this combo waiting to be installed, but I'm still a bit lost on what rear spring to go with. Is there a big reason that people don't use the stock spring? Can the 2" lift even be accomplished without changing the rear spring? I live in California and mostly my 4Runner is for daily...

Yes they are supposed to look like TRD wheels. Difference being that they come in widths wider than 7", which has been the major gripe about the oem trd wheels.

Just to respond to the pricing I saw on the 1st page. I don't think anyone is actually selling the full setup at $740 like what was posted. The cheapest I have seen is $950+ for the four corners. I think the price that was posted for the 5160 on the first page ($170) was for one single shock. -Ken

Lol they sent me two box lids and no box bottom. The second lid is for a trd intake on an entirely different vehicle....oh lord And also the intake pipe has a lot of plastic shavings towards the end and a lot of plastic dust on the inside of the pipe. Neither of those do you want ingested by...

Fml. Ordered all the correct parts and then the box that should have the lower portion comes with the TRD airbox lid for an entirely different vehicle....and the box top for the 4runner intake is all scuffed up. They better pay return shipping and not charge me restocking.
