I disconnected both positive and negative on the battery, waited a few minutes, re-connected both posts, and tried again, and still nothing on the tailgate is working :(

I have a 2007 sr5 and just yesterday, nothing on the tail gate is working. The tail gate will not open, the window will not roll down, the defrost and rear wiper will also not work. I checked the fuses and those seem to be ok, but I am not positive as I just bought this truck 1 month ago...
