Yeh I understand that thy aren't designed for serious offloading but it's not even performing to factory standard. I know that you can get some real nice LSDs I drove mums ex boyfriends hilux and that thing would chirp almost any corner if it wasn't driven like it had a good LSD in it.
On two recent trips noticed my LSD isn't doing its job and it frustrated me as I had to be recovered from simple little sections. Can you adjust it at all? I have heard good and bad things about toyota LSDs.
What's suggested that I do? I'm getting 1 wheel on traction and the other wheel...

Thanks stick, but it only seems to happen crossing muddy water, so that rules out the vaccuum leak otherwise I'd have that all the time. Mine is a carbed model, not fuel injected. I forgot to mention on the rare occasion it will go back down to my steady 700rpm
