Does anyone know if it is suggested to use silicon gasket sealer on the intake gaskets around the WATER Passages (4)?

I can't seem to find and how to on rear passenger or rear driver's door glass removal 2nd gen. Does it involve removing the rubber trim around the glass. Haven't been on this forum for a while. Probably my 12th Toyota Truck/4Runner since 1985!
