Just finished up the new Front Runner Rack install.

I either used a small screwdriver or plastic interior tool. I think I used needle nose pliers to grab the clip and tried to slid it back on. I would also try what another person mentioned sliding the clip on the knob then push the knob back on.

The knob is tricky. You have to pry off the clip to remove and when putting back on I put the knob in place and managed to slide the clip back on while continually applying pressure to side of knob. Kind of a pain but worth it b/c loving the clazzios.

Just this past weekend I had almost the exact same sound. It was driving me crazy. I got under the truck and found that the fasteners holding the heat shield around my catalytic converter had fallen out. I was able to fix in a few minutes. Hope this helps.

Looks Great! I was at the discount tire the other day picking up my ATV tires I had them mount and and they tried to tell me I couldn't mount up 285/70/17s on the same wheels that you have. It was pretty obvious he was trying to up sell me wheels.

I noticed you have had both the BFG T/As and Muds. Are you happy you went to the muds? Are the T/As much better on the street than the muds? What is the sound difference? Thanks. Debating on the two.

Wondering same thing. I have been leaning toward the Toytec Ultimate recently.

Roof rack This rack looks awesome. Maybe this can be a good x-mas gift to myself! Definately looks like a great deal for this rack! Also thinking about the full size for sheets of plywood and drywall. Doesnt look too big at all.
