Yes, all the vents are open. The whistling sound comes from behind the dash it seems, as if the (whatever it is that moves to change airflow from feet to middle vents to dash) isn't allowing it to change to that position. Like I said, it blows the defroster, and feet fine.

I'm scrambling for the actual terms, but when selecting the different settings, all of them work (feet, defrost) EXCEPT the ones that blow directly from the dash into your face. The air gets loud and whistles but doesn't blow from them when you select that position... It's almost like the...
