Your valve covers could also be the culprit oil in the spark tubes definitely will f*** with you... I’d just clean dry out everything and reinstall then make a move on buying parts

Check rear axle seals and bearings make sure there no play in the rear bearings.. Do you hear a humming our growling sound anything strange?
