I made the mistake of taking the rear rotors off and pulling the shoe hold down pin/spring/retainer out of its spot. It is now rubbing the back of the hub when the hub spins. The other side is just fine. I've never had to mess with a parking brake before and it looks/sounds like a terrible time...

Just saw this thread today and only have had my 07 sport V8 for a couple of weeks. So I tested out the CDL first. It just flashed for a while. Turned it off, turned it back on, felt engagement and the light stayed solid. So I guess that works. Now onto the 4wd low. I tired it the first time...

It only shows service performed at a Toyota Dealership. I'm not an expert on 4th gen T4Rs. I've never even owned one, just looking to buy one. The brakes may be a common issue, but it was something like 4 brake changes within 20k miles, replaced front and rear calipers, replaced ABS module...

I inquired about it way back in November maybe early December. Carfax does show one accident. Also, toyota service website shows lots of brake changes and brake repairs throughout the life of the car. I straight told them that they would need to drop the price at least $6,000 before anyone...
