Are you using an impact? Impacts can usually break the stubborn ones loose. Make sure you are using a nice socket with 6 sides, not 12.

You can do it quickly by popping the hood and then unplugging the grey clip on your brake controller. I believe it has two cables coming out of it facing your drivers side headlight.

I thought about dropping the pan and changing the filter as well but I don't want to drop the exhaust. You don't need to wait 5k between changes. You could do two drain and fills right away then maybe another 2 with oil changes. After that I would do it every 30k with diff./transfer case.

I have an 06 with 142xxx, with no record of any flush or drain and fill. I plan on doing 3 or 4 drain and fills this spring, summer and fall. 12qts on ebay is $107. Much cheaper than doing a $250 drain and fill at the dealership.

Help... I would love some input on this one.... I did the mod using the "A" pillar cut in. My problem is that when my 4r is unlocked all the interior lights go on and don't shut off. Opening and closing a door doesn't do it either. It has to be locked for the lights to go off.:wtf:
