Hey maybe this is insane, but have you tried swapping wheels and lug nuts with the side that isn't moving? When I watched the video, my first thought was it was the wheel somehow loose on the drum. It wasn't clear to me if you detected the slop when you grabbed the hub without the wheel.

Yes, this is what I was thinking. The leak is nothing like some of the pics posted in the thread; I don't think any gear oil exited the confined drum space. Yes, that means it went through the bearing but hopefully not too much and I can replace it (the grease), or at least try. If worst case...
