I've got a fairly local dealership that I like and if I buy new I'll go with them. My plan is to buy new around the end of July (giving my brother my current vehicle to take to college so I'll need something by then) unless I find a real good value on something used.

Got a quote from a dealer this morning about 3.5 hours away. 2019 TRD ORP with moonroof, KDSS, and floor liners for $39,500. Looks like they've had it for about three months now, I'm sure I could get them down to $39,000 or lower.

That's right around where I was thinking too, especially after specing it out on Edmunds. Whoever traded it in probably didn't get any additional value from that TRD package if I had to guess.

After looking up the trade in value for my 06 Xterra with 150k I had dismissed the idea of trading it and planned on selling private party. I may throw it out there though and see what they'd offer.

Good price, did you have a trade in that got them to bring the price down further? I've been pricing an Off Road Premium within 200 miles and haven't been able to get anyone to go below $39.5k. That's without KDSS too, haven't gotten a chance to test drive one with it yet.
