What does the underbody look like? Rust will usually start at the lower radiator support, but if the frame looks clean it sounds like a good deal especially if you can do the timing belt job yourself.

I blew my HG around 180k miles. I found a salvage 1GR from an '08 Tacoma w/ 93k and have since put about 95k on the salvage motor with no issues, HG or otherwise. I considered just replacing the HG but I knew it had overheated twice and my mechanic talked me into the salvage route. Just my .02...

Bilsteins are at 0, no other lift components. Might just be the angle of the pic, when I get a chance for a side shot from eye level ill post it. Still considering installing spidertrax kit, might throw em on tonight for comparison.
