I've always noticed a difference in H4 before. That's what has me puzzled. I appreciate the help.

Is it possible for HL4 to engage but not H4? I put my 1999 in 4 wheel drive for it's monthly maintenance and I didn't notice a difference in difficulty turning or turning radius while in H4 vs. 2 wheel drive. I did notice a difference in HL4. Thanks.
