    Ebay parts from Japan

Yes, that is a similar vendor, there are quite a few selling that part with quick shipping and good feedback. My dealer claims Toyota discontinued that part so if he tries to order one they will kick it back. There are other dealers that show they have one in stock but list price is $2500 and...

    Ebay parts from Japan

Has anyone here ordered factory parts from Japanese sellers? I am looking for a 48006-60031 accumulator for my KDSS system. They are much cheaper from Japan but I have no idea what fees would be associated from Customs. The total cost of the item is under $800 U.S. Anyone have experience of...

KDSS rotted out-need replacement advice please!

My Wife took it in for the evaluation so when I called service to discuss after they had time to look they told me the KDSS repair would cost "thousands" of dollars but they could delete it and use some TRD parts for $800-$1,000. I doubt they even know what they are talking about. I called back...

KDSS rotted out-need replacement advice please!

So our KDSS module and lines have rotted away in the Northeast salt belt and are completely shot. I've read a bunch of posts about the cost to repair the KDSS system and have decided I would like to remove it and go with some sort of conventional system if that is possible. Can someone please...

    TRD Bilstein factory lift question

Can someone please provide me the front strut part number and number of coils on the spring of a factory TRD Pro Bilstein lift? I am having a go-round with my dealer about a strut replacement that they did. Thank you.

    Question on Bilstein TRD suspension

Need help from people in the know- I jumped on the FJ Cruiser Bilstein kit PTR13-35140 back in 2019 and installed it with 1" toytec preload spacers up front and Dobinson 1.5 inch springs in the rear. I dont recall the actual numbers but something like 3" front and 2" rear, nicely leveled. Fast...

    LED headlights/fog lights???

LED. I was ready to upgrade mine with the Halogens but she wants to see the LED so she bought them for me to install in my truck. If she likes them she is going to buy the new 4RNR and order a set for hers as well. Right now the truck deal is on hold. I will not be throwing any of my factory...

    LED headlights/fog lights???

I am open to the HID options as well, guess I should have mentioned that in the title. Even if she doesn't buy one I am interested in a lighting upgrade for mine. We do have a lot of dark and a lot of deer up here!

    LED headlights/fog lights???

Guys, need some help. My sister in law was ready to by a 2020 4runner until they brought it around in the dark with the headlights on. As soon as she saw it her response was "no way, I need the white lights" and we left. Is there a good LED upgrade available for the 4rnr?

    Borfoo3's '15 TEP-KDSS 'no longer' mild build

I installed the Spidertrax yesterday, very nice quality. I just had new pads and rotors done all the way around so it was a treat to be bolting up to nice clean parts. We don't usually have that luxury here in the salt belt Northeast. Between the new lift and the spacers the truck is looking...

KDSS and spring selection-keep the lean or correct the lean?

Right now I do have different preload side to side because of the different clip positions, and if any spring settling goes on it shouldn't affect the current variations in measurements because I would assume they would all settle together. Unless there is a compelling reason not to correct the...

KDSS and spring selection-keep the lean or correct the lean?

Interesting theory, seems like that would work nicely in your 18 wheeler but the KDSS makes the T4R higher on the drivers side, which would tend to push you toward the shoulder. That would explain why all the idiots camp out in the left lane, they must be running shims on the left side LOL!

    Borfoo3's '15 TEP-KDSS 'no longer' mild build

Nice build! Wondering if I read it right. Did you have the wheel spacers installed and removed early on for safety reasons, but then went back with them at a later point in time? If so, what changed your mind? I just received mine yesterday but haven't installed them yet.
