The Toyota battery in our 4 Runner is getting weak - you can hear the sound difference now when starting. The P.O. had it replaced by a dealer 08/11 and the battery has 84 months in big red letters on the case, so I assume that is the warranty duration. I also assume it is a pro-rated...

I think the 01s & 02s get an electric hydroboost setup. With that fancy electric pump under the hood that is quite pricey. I am on my phone so cannot readily post a pic, but based on that am happy with my conventional brake setup. Britt
